Ingredients
1 cup cacao butter
1 cup cocoa (or cacao) powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup honey
Directions
  1. Place 2-3 inches of water in a pot and boil, placing a glass bowl on top to melt cocoa butter (or use a double boiler).
  2. Remove cocoa butter from heat and add cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
  3. Allowing the mixture to cool slightly, stir in liquid honey (melt honey if it’s raw honey). 
  4. Mix well, making sure mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicon molds and let it harden for 3-4 hours at room temperature or in the refrigerator. 
  6. Break pieces into smaller bark pieces or remove from molds and enjoy!
